Marketing Audit Reports Now Available as a Workflow Action
SMBcrm has expanded its Marketing Audit Report functionality beyond the Prospecting tool. You can now automatically generate audit reports for leads from any source using workflow automation.
What’s New
The Generate Marketing Audit Report action is now available in the Workflow Builder. Previously limited to leads generated through the Prospecting tool, audit reports can now be triggered for leads originating from:
- Facebook and Google Ads
- Funnels and landing pages
- Website forms
- Manual contact creation
- Imports and third-party integrations
- The Prospecting tool
What the Audit Report Covers
Each report provides insights on:
- Website performance and health - Technical issues, speed, and overall quality
- Google Business Profile - Setup completeness and potential issues
- Local search rankings - Heatmaps and top 10 competitor data
- Online reputation and reviews - Review presence and sentiment
- Listings and presence accuracy - Directory consistency across platforms

How to Set It Up
- Open Workflows in your account
- Add the Generate Marketing Audit Report action
- Set a trigger for when new leads are created from any source
- Reports attach automatically to the lead record
