The SMBcrm email builder has been updated with a cleaner, more intuitive layout designed to reduce friction during email creation and campaign iteration.
New Design Controls
Image Element Borders
Images now support border controls directly in the builder. You can apply border styling to match your brand without needing workarounds or custom code.
Section Background Images
Sections now include background image settings, expanding your layout and design flexibility within the builder. This makes it easier to create visually rich email templates.
Repositionable Edit Panel
You can now relocate the edit panel to the right side of the workspace. This is especially useful when working with Email AI, as it enables side-by-side editing where AI assists on one side while you make manual refinements on the other.

How to Access
- Navigate to Email Marketing
- Open any campaign or template in edit mode
- Enable Email AI for side-by-side functionality
- Use the switch control to toggle the panel position
