Workflow AI Builder Reliability Improvements

SMBcrm improved Workflow AI Builder reliability to reduce generation errors and make workflow creation more consistent. The update eliminates conditional generation errors and cuts node generation failures by 10x.

What changed

SMBcrm made reliability improvements to the Workflow AI Builder to reduce failed workflow generation and improve consistency at scale.

Two key issues were addressed:

  • Conditional generation errors were eliminated for branches and actions involving conditions such as If/Else logic, Wait with Condition of Contact Reply, Decision Maker, and Find Contact.
  • Node generation failures were reduced from about 3.5% to about 0.35%, a 10x improvement.

Why it matters

These changes help users build automations with fewer failures and more predictable output. They also improve the reliability of SMBcrm AI features as usage grows.

SMBcrm identified lower error rates, low latency, and correctness of generated workflow output as core priorities for the AI Builder. This release focuses on reducing errors so workflows generate more consistently.
